About the RoleSenior Director, Supply Chain Planning Job Description

The Senior Director of Customer Success oversees a multifaceted team responsible for ensuring strong customer delivery outcomes. This role requires a strategic leader who can merge the responsibilities of promoting excellent customer engagement while managing day-to-day operations. They will help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and service orientation within the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team, including recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and engaging a Customer Success Management team;
  • Successfully anticipating, planning, and managing resourcing requirements to optimize satisfaction and workloads for Customer Success teams;
  • Reviewing and developing their management team through performance management and training initiatives;
  • Working with cross-functional Management teams to support escalations, as required;
  • Establishing and refining management standards across the Customer Success organization;
  • Establishing, tracking, and reporting on important business KPIs through analysis of data;
  • Advocating and cooperating with all internal groups to ensure alignment on special projects;
  • Keeping current with regulatory updates to best support the team and customers;
  • Collaborating with Supplier Success, Sales, and Data management on process improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a customer success management, consulting, or project management role;
  • Strategic and business-minded - critical and creative thinker;
  • Strong team player, willing to lend a helping hand;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
