Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers while minimizing waste.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
    • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance our operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
