Deli Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Delicatessen Supervisor to join our team at YUMMY MARKET. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
