Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Jet Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Supporting Crew Members: Provide assistance to medical examiners and other crew members as needed.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
