About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at DAY & NIGHT CONSTRUCTION. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up equipment.
  • Construction Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work overtime, and you must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
