About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at GHOLIA CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and transporting materials, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Clean and lubricate cranes, excavators, and other heavy equipment
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
