Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DSBN policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, including school administrators and community members
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as construction management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
