Human Resources Strategist

Boutique 1861 is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our strategic planning and implementation efforts. As our Chief, People and Culture, you will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive human resources vision that aligns with our organizational goals and operational needs. Your key objectives will include:

* Developing and implementing innovative HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
* Managing all recruitment processes, employee integration programs, and employee performance management programs to ensure a high-performing team
* Creating training programs that align with our strategic planning and training needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Maintaining a proactive approach to occupational health, safety, and wellness to ensure a healthy and productive work environment

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of a university degree in human resources or industrial relations, with CRHA or CRIA certification being an asset. Experience in a retail company, payroll management, and social media utilization for employer branding will also be highly valued.
