Human Resources Strategist

Boutique 1861 is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our strategic planning and implementation efforts. As Chief, People and Culture, you will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive human resources vision that aligns with our organizational goals and operational needs. Your key objectives will include:

* Developing and implementing innovative HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
* Managing all recruitment processes, employee integration programs, and employee performance management programs to ensure a high-performing team
* Establishing a unique and inspiring employer brand through social media and other channels
* Creating training programs that align with our strategic planning and training needs
* Maintaining a proactive approach to occupational health, safety, and wellness

Requirements:

* University degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
* CRHA or CRIA certification (an asset)
* Experience in a retail company (an asset)
* Payroll experience (an asset)
