Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and preparing budgets and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- Hire food service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Will train.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and is physically demanding.
Language:The working language is English.Hours of Work:
33 hours per week.
