Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts.
