Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit accurate reports, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Tray and Trolley Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
