Restaurant Operations Manager

At MR. GREEK RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload, overtime required.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
