We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail team lead to join our team at Four Seasons Clothing. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates and ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commission on sales targets. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
