What you will be responsible for:

- Creating legendary guest experiences
- Commitment to excellence
- Acting manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager
- Providing courteous assistance to guests and team members as needed, reinforcing all Canalta's policies and procedures
- Leading the guest service and housekeeping teams by example at an extremely high level
- Providing training, coaching and guidance to guest service agents and room attendants
- Completion of all required training
- Actively work to build a high functioning, motivated and engaged team
- Maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards according to Canalta standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Maintaining productivity and labor costs according to budgets
- Organizing your time effectively and efficiently
- Completion of required paperwork
- Maintain a safe working environment

What our requirements are:

- Five years experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365
- Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays
- Willingness to travel for meetings and training opportunities
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
