Operations Officer II

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing and resolving customer problems using established procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to partners as needed, and share knowledge with the team to improve operational efficiency.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within established standards, actively participating in daily work distribution and team touchpoints.
• Contribute to audits by following audit and process guidelines, identifying areas of risk and escalating concerns as necessary.
Requirements:
• Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience in operational roles, with a strong ability to manage and process tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook for managing data, communications, and operations.
• Back-Office Experience: Proven back-office experience with a focus on transactional accuracy and supporting operational goals.
