Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of experience supervising a team in a customer service or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of transportation industry and logistics processes.
- Ability to make quality decisions and respect for confidentiality.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and work with attention to detail.
- Intermediate experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with AS400 preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. geography considered an asset.
- Strong organization, time management, and computer skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
