Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of experience supervising a team in a customer service or logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation industry and logistics processes.
  • Ability to make quality decisions and respect for confidentiality.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and work with attention to detail.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with AS400 preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. geography considered an asset.
  • Strong organization, time management, and computer skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
