About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at AAA Canada. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of structural assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Audit company systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality assurance.
- Assist in training and supervising junior employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Perform calibration of measuring and processing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all products, processes, and services meet applicable airworthiness, company, or customer quality requirements.
- Provide assistance in quality review of engineering masters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of process specifications and materials to ensure quality and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform measurement/testing of products, tools, and processes, and record results.
- Prepare all paper records and certificates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean work area and alert supervisor to any safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Vocational diploma in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the quality field.
- Mastery of inspection techniques.
- Very good knowledge of aeronautical technical specifications.
