About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the daily operations of our company.
Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communication: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with clients and colleagues.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files, utilizing digital tools and office software.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and coordinate logistics for business trips.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to multitask.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
