Project Coordinator Job Description

Dynamic Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our growing team. As a key member of our Lighting Design and Project Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering energy efficiency solutions to Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and General Manager to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct lighting audits at client facilities to identify existing lighting conditions and sources
  • Work with the design team to plan and implement retrofit lighting and control systems
  • Assist in procurement, material coordination, and project tracking
  • Meet product deliveries and ensure drop-off containers are supplied appropriately
  • Support office and business functions to drive project success

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Minimum two years of experience in the lighting industry, with LED lighting familiarity
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software, including Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and reliable vehicle for transport to office or work site
