Strategic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at the Bank of Canada. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communications strategies that support our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Communications Strategies: Work with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement communications strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop and disseminate engaging content, including reports, presentations, and other materials, to support our communications objectives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Monitor and Evaluate Communications Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic communications, preferably in a financial institution or government agency.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
