Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team at LSG Partners. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions, using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
