  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements
  • Manage and maintain existing infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement technical documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide level III support for IT incidents and issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for future infrastructure investments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure or AWS, Windows Server Environment, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, Group Policy, and printing services
  • Process and operational knowledge of foundational technology, including automated software distribution, security patch management, backup tools, and server recovery
  • Scripting and automation skills, including Visual Basic, PowerShell, or Shell Script

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of storage technologies, such as SAN and Netapp
  • SQL Server and database experience, including MS SQL or MySQL
  • Apple/Mac technologies experience
