Field Operations Manager

State Window Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee all onsite elements and functions related to project installation.
- Coordinate with site personnel, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site measurements and provide information to engineering teams.
- Participate in kick-off meetings and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Review and approve installer invoices and ensure accurate paperwork.
- Conduct regular site meetings and walk-throughs with site superintendents.
- Ensure all reports are addressed in a timely manner and maintain a log of deficiencies and outstanding items.
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of field management or project management experience.
- Project Management Professional Certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- May involve exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
- Requires wearing PPE for all site work and in certain other locations.
- Requires driving a company vehicle to visit sites, clients, or site superintendents.
