Job Summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking an Optimization Execution Specialist to develop and maintain product data standards on HomeDepot.ca. This role involves creating and implementing processes that optimize the presentation of product data, ensuring multi-channel data alignment between HomeDepot.ca and Home Depot Retail Stores.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Standardization: Create and implement processes to optimize the efficiency of enhanced product data implementation online.
  2. Content Management: Responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions, and implementing approved content enhancements within a web-based content management system.
  3. Collaboration: Liaise with Onboarding team, Online Merchants, and Visual Merchandise Managers to identify and prioritize enhancement requirements.
  4. Process Governance: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop product data standard processes and review programs to drive enhanced product data on HomeDepot.ca.
  5. Quality Assurance: Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that enhanced information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors.
Requirements
  • Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of Content Management or related experience.
  • Skills: Ability to consistently deliver results and meet deadlines, strong multi-tasking and organization skills with the ability to flex and remain objective, well-developed project management skills including exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills appropriate for all levels of the organization, and ability to execute on high-level strategy.
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
