Responsibilities:

* Review the Production Schedule daily and plan work for all lines (Bundling/ Marking/ Down fill)
* Work with the Industry Engineering Techs to calculate the manpower requirement and balance lines for optimum output.
* Identify Training requirements for each section/line and coordinate with the Training Supervisor
* Review low performance (Efficiency & Quality) and work with them to create action plans for improvements.
* Provide a safe environment within the department and Manufacturing floor
* Request Time studies to be done on a timely basis
* Review all Production boards are up to date with accurate information for all.
* Review reports and make decisions promptly
* Review with maintenance staff for all equipment is in working condition and used for the right operation
* Continuously find ways to improve the process flow to maximize output.

Requirements:

* Over 10 years of Apparel Manufacturing experience
* 5 years of Supervisory position ( Preferably in Apparel Industry)
* Ability to sew and follow Manual
* Ability to work with a deal effectively with a diverse group of people
* Must be familiar with Sewing operations and Machines ( industrial type)
* Ability to read and write in English
* Able to Prioritize work and delegate work
* Update the Management periodically with solutions/ action
* Must be familiar with computers and business software such as MS Office, Excel.
