About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our team at IKO Industries Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment at our Ashcroft production facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure production and quality goals are met
  • Utilize Maximo or similar CMMS software to manage maintenance activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Millwright skills and experience with welding and machining
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with computer-based maintenance software
