Job Summary
This is a temporary, part-time position available within our Regional Hemodialysis Program in Pembroke and Renfrew. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide individualized care and support to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support as per established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Current certification in CPR at Basic Rescuer Level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and mobilize patients as required
