Job Title: Help Desk Technician

F12 is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting computer issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult technical manuals and user guides to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and advice to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in the group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
Work Environment:

F12 is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
