Office Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication within the team to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Distribute mail and other materials efficiently, maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Provide training to new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and relay them to the relevant personnel.
- Assist with report preparation and conduct research as required.
Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.
- The work language is English.
Requirements
- You must be legally able to work in Canada.
- You may be required to relocate for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
Based on your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, we estimate your salary to be around $45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
