Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and take orders for food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present checks and receive payment for items consumed in the bar.
  • Ensure accurate posting of charges to guest accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar establishment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails is an asset.
  • Smart Serve certification is required.
