Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
