Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Physically demanding
English
Work Schedule:35 hours per week
