Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Our restaurant is a fast-paced food service establishment with a noisy and hot work environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
