Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, and maintaining our computer systems and networks. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Maintain and update our computer systems and networks, ensuring they are secure and running efficiently
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technology solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience
