About the Role

The Roving Building Maintenance Technician is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus trades training and/or certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
