Senior Collateral Operations Specialist

As a Senior Collateral Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service and setting examples for the team to follow.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring prompt resolution of collateral issues.
- Serving as a point of reference for team members on collateral management processes and procedures.
- Conducting regular workflow monitoring to ensure timely action and responses to issues that arise.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies, risks, and problems within the team.
- Developing and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinating with senior management to discuss and implement process improvements.
- Managing and monitoring funding at all depositories.
- Acting as a change agent to introduce systemic changes or enhancements to improve processes.
- Ensuring adherence to securities lending collateral guidelines to prevent risk exposure.
- Providing support to senior management for project-type activities that require established procedures.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of principles for Collateral Operations Systems, Arrow Blotters, CDS, DTC, Tri-Party platforms, and various lending platforms.
- Previous people management experience required.
- General knowledge of Securities Industry conventions, procedures, and related internal policies and procedures.
- Complete understanding of all regulatory reporting requirements.
