Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Judy Barbour. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to adults in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to adults in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients with physical disabilities, including mobility and transfer assistance.
  • Administer medications and provide medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients.
  • Assist with pet care and household tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Reliability, patience, and a team player attitude.
  • Criminal record check and reference required.
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
