Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Judy Barbour. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to adults in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to adults in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Support clients with physical disabilities, including mobility and transfer assistance
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Administer medications and provide wound care as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Reliability, patience, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
