In the dynamic Electrical & Automation Industry Careers, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Parksville Branch Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring branch staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, lead by example, and empower branch staff to achieve their full potential.
- Sales Performance: Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Cultural Ambassador: Represent our company values, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and foster a positive work environment.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry
- 5+ years of progressive management experience
- Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
