Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for overseeing our robust vulnerability management program, executing process improvements, and identifying opportunities to enhance our security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Information Security team in executing a comprehensive vulnerability management program, ensuring the security and integrity of our technical stack.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to develop and implement IT and Enterprise risk management strategies, leveraging industry-accepted frameworks.
  • Assume ownership of our security awareness and training program, utilizing the KnowBe4 platform to educate employees on security best practices and strengthen our security culture.
  • Support the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program by maintaining our DR site, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Oversee quarterly access reviews and work with the Identity and Access Management team to establish automated reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field.
  • Certification: CISSP, CRISC, or CISA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an information security role, covering one or more of the defined responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and resources.
  • Technical knowledge of server/network environments, processes to reduce vulnerabilities, and restore the environment to its working state.
