Job Title: Oakville Luxury Rental Community Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Guard and Concierge to join our team at Condor Security in Oakville. As a Security Guard and Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents, and maintaining a positive and welcoming community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide "hotel-style" front desk Concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, property management, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld, and provide support to Property Management and Contractors as required
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms, water leaks, and medical emergencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
