Job Title: Associate Director, Real Estate Financing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Real Estate Financing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director in achieving attractive returns on investments and ensuring the full growth potential of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Director in origination, due diligence, and credit committee submissions
  • Support the Managing Director in portfolio management, loan monitoring, and financial analysis
  • Contribute to the preparation of credit committee presentations and assist with the credit application process
  • Perform analysis of existing Real Estate Financing accounts, loan tracking, and liaise with project partners
  • Verify, analyze, and interpret data regarding new Real Estate Financing opportunities
  • Coordinate transaction activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain current knowledge of the Real Estate environment through ongoing research and networking events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional designation (CFA, CPA, AACI, etc) is an asset
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in Real Estate
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market trends and relate them to the Fiera Real Estate business
  • Ability to liaise with legal counsel or other external stakeholders in relation to due diligence and transaction documentation
