The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for serving as a primary point for resolving technical issues and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier support. You will tackle technical challenges with an understanding of IT infrastructure, software troubleshooting, and customer service.

This role is aimed to grow and develop technical troubleshooting abilities and industry know-how, with mentorship from senior techs and business leaders within the company.

  • Perform remote tech support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for various clients.
  • Perform Level 1 tech support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.

Additionally, you will assemble, image, and configure client workstations and laptops. Your tasks may include managing and maintaining operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure, including user management, system configuration, and applying security updates. You will also manage data backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability, and recover data in case of deletion, hardware failure, or other disasters.
