About the Role

This multi-disciplinary role involves both warehouse operations and hands-on technical service. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a strong technical mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or service technician role and possess strong technical aptitude, including comfort with lighting systems, troubleshooting, and minor electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery and customer pickup
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through proper handling and documentation
  • Provide technical assistance to customers on lighting products, including installation guidance and troubleshooting

As a Warehouse & Service Associate, you'll play a key role in both warehouse operations and technical service support. You'll handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management, while also providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and minor installations for lighting products.
