Job Summary

The Clinical Research Site Director is accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategically important sites and institutions, ultimately enhancing GSK's image and reputation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement site partnership strategies to support GSK's clinical research goals.
  2. Provide leadership in identifying and addressing site-related risks and issues.
  3. Contribute to the development of partnership activities with high-potential sites.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize clinical trial delivery and quality.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 5+ years' experience in clinical research operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and GCP.
  • Experience working in matrix management and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
