Field Operations Specialist

Position Summary:
The Market Execution Representative program is a market-specific initiative for Monster Beverage Corp.
The purpose of the team is to:
- Support and assist Trade Development Managers in executing programs.
- Increase Merchandising support in All Measured Channels, focusing on Distribution, Space, and points of interruption.
- Build and strengthen route-level relationships in Nielsen-measured accounts.
- Execute the "Curb to Vault" strategy for POS.
Support Sales efforts with communication via app-based tools.
Essential Job Functions:
The Representative will have several roles and responsibilities, including:
- Maintain direct route-level relationships with Store Managers on their specific route.
- Merchandising Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and in coolers.
- Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable.
- Transport and place POS materials both in and outside of accounts.
- Care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage responsibly.
- Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedules, checking in with Management via app-based tools.
- Communicate execution action items to Region Managers via daily trackers.
- Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire.
- Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on products, the category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
Master the equipment used to conduct resets, build displays, and handle coolers and racks in respective accounts.
