Building Maintenance Specialist

At Beauty Five Trading Inc., we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems. Your duties will include making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersons for major repairs. You will also be responsible for advertising vacancies, contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance, performing safety and security checks, supervising other workers, and moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
