Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At Hot Tips Nails & Spa, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team of nail technicians to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Create and manage the daily schedule for our nail technicians, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, implementing measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Our nail salon operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a dynamic setting, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nail industry. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of nail salon operations, customer service, and team management.
