Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At Hot Tips Nails & Spa, we are seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a proven track record of managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and resolve work problems
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and oversee cleaning of specialty items
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition materials and supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nail salon environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
